About ShencoAi
Built by an operator, not a theorist.
Founder
Mike Shenton
Mike Shenton has spent a career building and running businesses, much of it in process-heavy, high-volume environments. ShencoAi exists because the same lesson kept repeating: the businesses that scale profitably are the ones whose processes were designed — not the ones with the most software.
Philosophy
Process design has to work commercially. It should save money, increase capacity, increase revenue, reduce risk and make the business easier to scale. Being technically impressive isn't the point.
Experience
Commercial and operational, first-hand.
Entrepreneur and operator
Founded a first company at 22, and has spent around fifteen years building and running businesses.
Process-heavy, high-volume operations
Extensive experience of operations where volume, accuracy and control determine profitability — including claims.
Operations, journeys and CRM
Designing operational processes, customer journeys and CRM workflows that teams actually use.
Sales and commercial strategy
Sales operations and commercial strategy, not just back-office efficiency.
Technology where it pays
Identifying where technology and automation can replace manual work — and where they shouldn't.
Talk to someone who has run the operation.
A Process Review maps how your operation runs today, where cost and risk sit, and what a redesigned, automated process would deliver commercially.
